We recommend a deep cleaning the first time we come to clean your home. This gives us the opportunity to address areas of the house that may have been neglected for a while. Without starting with a deep cleaning, the regular cleanings will not be as effective and you may not be happy with the results.

Deep Cleaning Checklist
Our deep cleaning checklist includes all the services performed during maintenance cleanings, plus the following:
- Wet wipe ceiling fans & light fixtures
- Clean exterior and tops of all cabinets
- Clean all appliances
- Wet wipe all exposed baseboards
- Vacuum all wall, ceiling & exhaust vents
- Wet wipe door moldings, trim & locks
- Edge carpets with a vacuum crevice tool
- Move and vacuum under furniture
- All wall hangings cleaned
- Remove all cobwebs and thorough dusting
* High surfaces and fixtures must be reachable with a 5-foot step ladder. We will not remove any large or delicate light covers or wall hangings due to the risk of breakage.
How Often Do I Need A Deep Cleaning Service?
One of the most common questions we receive about our deep cleaning services is just how often this service is needed. This can vary a bit from one client to the next. However, we generally recommend that all of our new clients start with a deep cleaning service before switching over to our regular cleaning. This way, your house can start with a “clean slate,” so to speak. An initial deep cleaning will also make future cleaning services much easier and less time-consuming, which will save you money in the long run.
We also recommend deep cleaning services for anybody who has not had a professional cleaning done in the past three months and who doesn’t use a professional cleaning service regularly. Once you have your initial deep cleaning service with us, our regular cleaning services should be enough to keep your home in great shape.
